After receiving a recommendation from Angi, we reached out to Horizon Construction & Remodeling in Fullerton. The initial consultation with David Eskin, the project manager, left a positive impression. David’s thorough approach involved active listening, addressing questions, and providing a comprehensive written estimate. Impressed by this experience, we chose Horizon for our living room renovation, focusing on a fireplace remodel and new flooring installation.Throughout the project, the entire team exhibited professionalism and respect for our home. They diligently maintained a clean and organized work environment, minimizing disruptions. Any concerns or issues brought to David’s attention were promptly and efficiently addressed, reflecting a commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of responsiveness and accountability underscores Horizon’s dedication to exceptional customer service.The culmination of the fireplace remodel and newly installed flooring has truly transformed our living space into a welcoming and stylish environment. My 91-year-old father needed work done on his house. The tile and grout on his second story balcony were no longer waterproof and subsequently, water leaked through the floor and caused damage to the garage ceiling. The garage was located directly below the balcony. After years of water soaking the rafters, beams, plywood and drywall, part of the ceiling collapsed. Upon further inspection, there was severe rotting of wood and material between the garage ceiling and the balcony floor. We noticed that Horizon was doing a very nice remodeling job on a neighbor's house. I spoke with a worker who referred me to David Eskin, a member of the Horizon management team. I also spoke with the homeowner, and they were very pleased with the work Horizon was doing. David came over, met with my father and me, inspected the damage and gave us a reasonable estimate. We signed a contract, which included proof of Horizon's contractor's license, worker compensation insurance and bonding. These were very important to my father; he wanted no liability for the project. We were more than satisfied with David and his workers. Everything that David promised was done. The project was completed in a timely manner and there were no add Ons or surprises. The workers quality of work was great; they were professional, friendly and clean. David constantly communicated with us and always gave us updates on the progress. If I had a concern, he immediately addressed it, with no excuses or upselling. The garage ceiling and balcony looks perfect, all of the stucco work and paint matches exactly to what it looked like fifty years ago when it was brand new. The experience with David and Horizon could not have been smoother. I mostly dealt with David by text and kept my elderly father out of the process to eliminate any stress on my father's part. I highly recommend David and Horizon for any home project. David is very professional, personable and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. They made our home project very smooth and with the least amount of stress as possible. We are very pleased with the finished project. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We worked with Mark and his amazing team to complete the addition on our home. His team was able to help us through planning stage and come up with a layout that made sense, they dealt with the city to get the project approved, and completed the addition timely. We visited their showroom and found the perfect flooring to complete the look we wanted in our home. The only delays we had was due to the city slowly approving the plans. Mark and his team were great at communicating throughout the project and we absolutely love how the addition turned out!

We hired the company to remodel our 1971 Kitchen to bring the water and electrical systems in it up to code. We’re very happy with the outcome. David Eskin was our project manager. He kept us informed and updated since we were still living far from our new home. Overall, the project was done on budget and in time. We will definitely hire Horizon Construction and Remodel of Fullerton, California again if another project crops up

After shopping several companies, we chose Horizon Construction and Remodeling for our home improvement project, which was to enlarge and update our kitchen and main bathroom. In addition, we converted all of our flooring to vinyl.We are extremely happy with the service, responsiveness, dependability, and the results Horizon provided. David Eskin was our project manager. David became a consultant and friend during the process. He proved to be patient and honest when we encountered an issue with the granite installation for our kitchen. We upgraded our material to a beautiful and unique Brazilian granite for our kitchen counter. Our initial granite slab cracked 3 feet across the width of the counter 2 days after installation. David and his crew reviewed the issue and, without hesitation or argument, removed the cracked granite and replaced it with a new slab at their cost. Although this experience was extremely stressful for all, the integrity displayed by David and Horizon was stellar and unique in the construction industry. Contractors are easy to find, but an honest and dependable one is rare in our opinion. On this experience alone, we would recommend Horizon Construction and Remodeling without reservation. They made it right.All construction is stressful and we lived in our house during the remodel. This project was our first in this home, but our fourth major reconstruction in our 45 years of marriage. Horizon was by far the best remodel experience!
